主要特點(diǎn)：
 

μScan采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)，特點(diǎn)是快速測(cè)量、不接觸、不破壞、自動(dòng)化
μScan的中心部件掃描模塊（x/y方向樣品掃描）可以和不同的傳感器
（Z方向測(cè)量）連用，如Confocal point sensor、Autofocus sensor、
Chromatic white light sensor、Holographic sensor等。
AF2 自動(dòng)對(duì)焦（Autofocus）
借由探測(cè)器的回饋訊號(hào)調(diào)整物鏡位置，得到待測(cè)物焦點(diǎn)，而獲得待測(cè)物的確實(shí)高度
CF4 共軛焦（Confocal, Laser）
激光光束經(jīng)由物鏡迅速上下移動(dòng)聚焦于待測(cè)物上，此時(shí)偵測(cè)器能經(jīng)由孔洞得到zui大光的強(qiáng)度，如此偵測(cè)器根據(jù)此訊號(hào)確定其位置
